Small boutique hotel on excellent location. Staff all English speaking and well trained. Very good location relative to Bordeaux center. Very good breakfast. Overall great value for money

The location of Hotel De Seze was excellent. We were unable to check in until 5 pm because the cleaning staff hadn't shown up. Also, the kitchen staff! We felt sorry for the front desk as they were very gracious and apologetic. The room was very nice! Clean and well appointed. The tub/shower streamed water onto the floor and was difficult to get in and out of. Way too deep!

Extremely tight room space. Only room for 1 suitcase. The other had to be on the floor. Our room,103, extremely dark as window looked out into a shaft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking to main sites of Bordeaux.

We loved this property! The room was so charming and while it was so close to the main areas, it was not in the center where all the noise is. The perfect location! The staff were amazing, especially Jade who went above and beyond to ensure we had a room that we liked. Highly recommend his hotel to anyone staying in Bordeaux!

"HOTEL DE SÈZE IN BORDEAUX "

Booked a superior twin and had one night in a cramped twin room, very dark, looking out on a brick wall. Asked to move before unpacking but we were told that the hotel was full. Next morning, we asked again to move. We were able to move to a different room, but it was a double bed. It was clean & brighter, which was good. In ithe hotel nformation it said that a superior twin was big enough to house a separate bed for a 3rd guest. There was no way that this was the case, as quite cramped also. The concierge insisted it was a superior room tho. Air conditioning was broken, they were unable to fix it for us during our 4 day stay but did give us a fan. Loved Bordeaux and excellent hotel location.
