Check in was easy, everyone was friendly, beds and room were comfy

This is exactly as advertised. A comfortable clean hotel offering a good value price. This hotel is perfect as a location to use as a base for touring the wineries and restaurants of the area. Nothing fancy and ideal if you don’t plan to spend much time on the property other than to shower, rest and sleep. Easy parking. Only negative is you have to check in at the Inn on the Twenty which is about half a kilometre down Main Street. Not a big deal, just to make aware. A couple of bakeries and restaurants in the immediate area with a convenience store and gas station across the street.

Great service, the rooms are very solid and clean. I love the personal texting concierge you get and everyone is so helpful in the area. I found that the room had everything I needed like coffee, shampoos and more. And the staff was so nice and pleasant.

Location was excellent, close to wineries and to the shops of downtown Jordan

Wifi was not good at all. Maybe an extra two wine glasses would be helpful for company that meets up with guests.

Excellent place to stay. First-rate. Private and quiet and so comfortable. Ate at the Inn of the Twenty twice. Some of the best meals I can remember in Niagara. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends. Jordan is a lovely little village and we lucked out with September weather.
