Il San Francesco Charming Hotel

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, das Haus und der Garten werden gut gepflegt, aber: das Personal verhält sich unkooperativ und bürokratisch! Laut Beschreibung sollte ein Innenpool verfügbar sein. Für dessen Nutzung wollte das Personal 20,- EUR pro Stunde und Person abrufen!! Selbst nach hartnäckiger Nachfrage war kein Entgegenkommen möglich. Dasselbe bei dem hoteleigenen Strand: auch hier wollte man 20,- EUR pro Tag abrufen. Die Kosten waren nicht transparent - für mich ist das nichts Anderes als Abzocke. Das Frühstück war - für italienische Verhältnisse - ganz OK, aber für den hohen Preis hätte man mehr erwartet. Kurz gesagt: Lage super, Preis/Leistung miserabel, Personal unfreundlich. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht geeignet.

Situated on the edge of the picturesque lake and a 2 minute drive, 5 minute cycle from the beautiful stretch of golden sand coastline the hotel is perfectly located. The town is also a five minute drive. This really is a lovely, tastefully designed and furnished hotel located in a beautiful part of Sabaudia. The staff are delightful and very accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. We dined on one of our two evenings at the hotel restaurant, the food was very good, service from the staff spot on and the ambience of the outside table settings so lovely and relaxing. The second evening we arrived late to the hotel and although it was too late to dine the kitchen staff went out of their way to prepare a lovely spread for us and saved the day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, fully intend a return visit very soon and can not recommend this delightful hotel highly enough to anyone looking for a relaxing break in picturesque surroundings. A real Gem!

Hellhöriges Hotel und Lärmbelästigung bis 1.00 nachts. Karges Frühstück. Kein Verständnis und Entgegenkommen bei Reklamationen. Sehr schöne Lage, viel Stauraum im Zimmer.

L'hotel è bello e caratteristico. Peccato, però, che, nonostante un supplemento di ben 25,00 € a notte per un cagnolino, vi sono poi limitazioni relative all'accesso alla sala ristorante (che oltretutto è esterna e su un prato). L'hotel dichiara che gli animali sono ammessi, ma nella realtà non lo sono davvero, perché è impensabile nel 2018 non poter portare il cane a colazione, pranzo o cena, ormai tutti i ristoranti li accettano e pagare un hotel (con relativo supplemento per il cane) per poi dover uscire a cena, mi sembra insensato.

Il soggiorno presso la struttura è stato come io e mio marito immaginavamo Massimo relax molto confortevole e il lago ha contribuìto a rendere il tutto ancora più eccellente Personale qualificato e gentile

Hotel located far away from town but right by the water. Beautiful for a wedding.

Esperienza negativa senza mettere in discussione le caratteristiche ottimali della struttura. Perché siamo arrivati in hotel e le camere non c'erano state riservate per over-booking. Nessuno ci aveva avvisato della cosa prima. Siamo stati riprotetti su un altro albergo classificato anch'esso come 4 stelle ma.................che non presentava le stesse caratteristiche di quello scelto inizialmente e prenotato. Queste sono le cose che non devo accadere mai!!!
