unbelievably beautiful Victorian house, our rooms were sumptuous, perfectly designed to look Victorian, with a separate bedroom for the kids. Highly reccomended!

the shower head had an interesting pattern, not too user friendly, and the shower door came off the rollers easily

"Relaxing, convenient location, ambience."

Location, quietness, gardens, size of rooms. Comfy beds, Bathroom facilities.

Minor cleaning issues, dust, smelly T Towels. Antique sofa lovely to look at but very uncomfortable.

Free city bus close by was helpul.

The toilet seat lid was not fitted properly causing it to drop down on your back (if sitting down) or needing to hold (if standing up). This was a MAJOR inconvenience. It would have been an improvement if the lid was removed. I can't believe this hasn't been raised as a big issue previously and not been addressed.
