Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Our family-friendly complex has a strict no parties policy, and all outside loud noises, including loud music, must cease by 21:00. A barbecue for the balcony may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please note that there is a USD 80 charge, which covers cleaning and gas. Please note that renovation work will be carried out from March 2, 2026, to March 16. 2026, from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 15:00. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from 11:00 to 14:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Beautiful location lovely balcony … wonderful country with fantastic wildlife ."

Clean, everything supplied that you needed, well decorated and beds comfortable. Accommodation situated near beaches shops etc and the local people were very kind and friendly. Lovely pool to swim in.

Only one little issue the trip switch for electric in the kitchen went off took us a while to find electric box to turn back on but it was only a little issue.

"QUIET AND SPACIOUS"

I liked the size of the kitchen, spa and view. And the close proximity to the town. About a 12min walk down the hill.

The tv was not always working on abc or iview, the shower didn't have enough pressure and needs to be updated. It would be nice if there was more service in the apartment resort like a shuttle to town.

"Great views and plenty of space for the family."

Good view, quiet location, easy parking and walking distance to the marina and main street.

The kitchen was sparsely supplied with utensils, dishwashing liquid etc. We had to buy a salt grinder. There were no coffee making facilities. For the price, I would expect a better equipped kitchen.
