Azure Sea Whitsunday Resort

The view was fantastic. Reasonably close to the main street. Well equipped and plenty of space in the apartment. Never felt cramped in there for a family of 4 (except the couch)

Cutlery and crockery were not clean…they had been used and put away dirty. Put us off using the items and therefore did not cook in the apartment. Previous guests soap was still in the bathroom. Television was temperamental and had to be disconnected and reconnected most days. Not a deal breaker…but the previous guests soap had the same issue with the tv. Apartment accommodated a family of 4 …. But only enough room for three to sit on the couches. Disappointing.

Nice new and spacious apartment

No change of bed sheets for 7 days and also had to ask for more fresh towels by time it came it was too late so not sure we travel a lot and mostly stay in self contained apartments however for more than 3 days usually there is a change of bed sheets and without asking getting fresh towels. But all in all take this as constructive feedback it was a nice unit with some amazing views.

The pool was great, with two pool areas so could use the bottom pool if the top one was busy. It was a steep but short walk into town, about 15-20min from the main street.

Apartment 19 bedroom aircon easily set off the fire alarms, at all hours of the day or night. Airlie Beach is hot and would have been nice to sleep with the aircon on 22-23deg. The room did have a fan, but this was clunky and a little noisy. The accommodation staff said this was because of the humidity, but the other air con was fine and my friends were in another apartment and they had no issues with their 3 aircons. The aircon in the living space worked well :)
