Hampton Inn and Suites Barstow

There is almost nothing I liked. It looks nothing like what their pictures show. I wouldn't recommend, find a different one. PS. Mexican restaurant near by has terrible food

Le personnel à l'accueil devait être appelé car tout le temps sur son tél alors qu'il pouvait nous voir depuis leur salle derrière la réception.

Good location, nice big room, cozy big bed & friendly staff. Good Restaurants close by!

Before getting inside there was garbage and food all over the floor from a majorly overflowing trash can. On going in, there was no staff at reception for five minutes. The rude woman was so unhelpful to the point of being disrespectful. One guest reading of marijuana dashed into the lobby and scored all but one cookie. This was a non-smoking facility. Only one elevator was working leaving ridiculously long delays for a four floor city hotel. The lobby carpets were filthy with surface debris. The pool area was non-op. Rooms are very noisy form other guests. There was so much static from the bedding I had a personal sparky lightening show all night. This establishment should NOT covet the Hilton brand. Don't stay here. Drive on by.

Had neighbors from hell. They had a fight. Yelling and screening. Sounded very violent

Breakfast was OK, fake scrambled eggs are never good

There was no stopper in the bathtub to allow my partner to take a bath. When I called the front desk to inquire about a solution the phone rang without being answered and then switched over to the operator who also did not answer. You might want to examine your policies.
