Convenient location to what I had to do

The sheets were clean, crisp, and smelled great!!

The coffee offered during the morning breakfast. It was so bad, I couldn't drink it. The water in the area also has a sulfur taste to it. Maybe that's why the coffee was so bad.

All of the staff members were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

My original room’s phone did not work, and the TV volume would increase on its own. Unfortunately, all maintenance staff had already left for the day. The agent on duty moved me to another room without any hesitation, which I appreciated. However, the new room was also not properly prepared. There was an empty water bottle behind one of the nightstands, the nightstand itself was dirty, and there were no sheets or blankets provided for the sleeper sofa. Additionally, there were items left inside the sleeper sofa from previous guests.

Clean, comfortable! Well maintained.

The pool was not in operation. The receptionist said the pool still needed to pass GA inspection. I asked if I could stay an extra day of which she told me no problem, just let the desk know on the day of checkout. When checkout came, a different receptionist told me they had no rooms however something might open up which is bigger which costs more money.
