Excellent.Loved it

The property was beautiful and the location good.

It took 15 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom. That may have been because we were the only guest and on the 3rd floor, but given the price point that was rather inconvenient. Also the Internet went down for the last third of our stay. Not their fault, but some sort of compensation could have been offered.

Beyond the lovely facilities and perfect location (in the city centre but without the noise), attentive and professional staff, we particularly loved the breakfast setting that fosters conversation and allows you to meet new and interesting people. This led us to enjoy a marvellous day, visiting beaches on the hotel's boat Libelula (warm thanks to the captain and his assistant for a smooth ride) with fellow guests, ended by a tasty lunch and cocktails in Agua Baru.

We stayed at suite on the third floor and it was amazing! Service was impeccable, breakfast prepared each day (although it is same breakfast every day).

Everything just perfect for us

The staff were very professional, friendly and provided excellent service, the delicious breakfast and the private/boutique nature of the hotel. Lovely building within minutes of the centre of the old town.

The room was compact but well furnished.

The staff was cordial, professional and helpful. When our ac was acting oddly, they immediately responded and fixed it. The room was lovely and spacious., The breakfast was delicious .Every morning they asked "what would you like for breakfast " which was a bit odd without know the options. The location was excellent

The staff tried to take advantage of us while trying to charge us extra fees. Pressuring us to sign documents. Pressuring us to pay afee of USD ~170 as they told us that they could not remove stains from suncream, which was a lie.
