Vincci Palace Hotel

Thank you for a very comfortable stay in an excellent location

Great hotel, staff, location. We stayed 3 nights, but on the first day, we found that the aircon didn’t work. They didn’t have another room available, so we had to sweat it out(June). It wasn’t super hot, but with the balcony doors open for air, there’s a lot of noise till 2am, so no sleep. We were moved to a similar room the next day, but lost the balcony. Staff did what they could, and discounted our stay slightly. Overall, I recommend enthusiastically.

The hotel is beautiful and I loved my room. The products were lovely and everything was so perfect. I even extended my stay!

We couldn't fault the staff they were so kind and helpful. The lobby area and bar/restaurant were beautiful. Can't comment on the food as we didn't use the restaurant. Our room although pleasant and large with outside terrace was in need of some maintenance,certainly not worthy of 4stars. Unfortunately we were next-door to the maid's cupboard and had a large terrace above us so noise was also an issue early morning and evening. For a short break this hotel is great

Amenities were exceptional. They thought in everything, even the minimal details to have a pleasant stay short or long.

Stylish and comfortable. Close to the city centre but still quiet at night. Reception staff efficient and friendly. Good choice of food for breakfast.

A beautiful building that has been remodeled. Room was a good size with beautiful views. Large bathroom with awesome shower, Very centrally located and close to tons of restaurants. Staff was very kind and knows Valencia inside and out. I will be back!
