The availability

Blinds didn't close..heater didn't work well..check in attendant was rude..was mad the card I gave him was different that card I booked with(one was a credit card but when I got to the motel I used a debit card)

Parking area safe Central to many sights in California We went down Pacific Coast 1, saw Carmel by the Sea, and Pebble Beach Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions

There was mold in the bathroom

Not enough towels and no staff to get them from in the morning. No cover /top sheet on beds, just a heavy comforter that who knows how many other people used and you know they couldn’t wash those every time. And the comforter was too hot to sleep under. Coffee maker did not work. No staff during the night. Sketchy neighborhood.

The bed was terrible there was no couch or easy chair everything worked convenient to everything staff were nice
