The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, every room has an awesome view of the beach. Breakfast buffet it fantastic. Plenty of variety of food. Surrounded by great restaurants. We have stayed at about 5 times. Will be back next year

Perfect Location and right on the beach. Adults only (no screaming kids). Excellent bed and room cleaning. We prefer grounf floor room for accessto pool/breach. Close to shops, restaurants, toru guides, massage, kata night market etc etc. Breakfast location overlooking beach is superb but lacks some variety and healthier options. Easy scooter parking. Beach out front has some fun surf.

Restaurant, pool bar and spa lack atmosphere and therefore we went out for all these services. Beach gets lots of plastic polution on the wind/tide, but thankfully they claean it up every morning. Beach is not safe unless strong berach swimnmer/surfer. No gym but we use Beyond Kata gym for free.

Location

Breakfast ends promptly at 10. Water was not replaced each day. Looking very tired could do with some renovations. The path along the bottom rooms facing the pool and beach needs to be replaced.

The hotel is on a perfect place, at the end of Karon on the beach, very close to Kata and Karon restaurants, ATM, tourism places.

The Thailand people are not good in foreign languages, especially in English.

Great location, right on the beach, and even better having sun beds on our patio (room B0115). Lovely pool, plenty of choice for breakfast. Would easily stay there again.

Two minor things. There were no USB charging ports which most resorts have nowadays, what with a couple usually having 2 phones, 2 Kindles, and a couple of tablets/laptops, and we only had one travel adapter. Not the end of the world though. And our shower seemed to have a mind of its own, one minute the right temperature, and the next really hot, and then back to normal.
