Spacious room, comfortable bed. Small fridge, coffee maker and microwave available. AC system. Correct value for what you get. Good communication with hotel management team

Walls are not insulated so you can hear a lot of noise from outside. From the original booking, I was under the impression we would get two beds. We got one king bed instead. Was fine since we were only two, me and my son, but would be nice to get exactly what the room description had.

The room was very clean; plenty of hot water in the shower; large bathroom. The owner lent me a charger since I'd forgotten mine. The bed was comfortable although a bit soft for my taste. Nice large pillows. Convenient location for skiing at Northstar. Plenty of dining options within walking distance.

The heater was extremely noisy and difficult to control; there were no markings on the control knob; it didn't start until 30-60 seconds after turning the knob. Large gap under the front door. No extra blankets. The bathroom sink faucet was very loose on the sink. The lighting in the room was so dim it was hard to read by it.

My room looked like new, mainly because of nice color furniture.
