"Not happy with Comfort Inns"

Staff was froendly.

No coffee for the room. We asked and they were out. Air conditioner did mot work. Very little breakfast. I understand it won't be a Comfort Inn much longer, but that is no reason to go downhill.

"It was disappointing."

The location is fine. The showers have been updated.

Our room had carpet stains and stains on the drapes. The elevator was not in good working shape. In fact, we got stuck when it would not move down to the next floor. Then when we left eh automatic doors would not open all the way and we were told to push them apart.

"Discomfort at the Comfort inn and suites"

It had a hot breakfast. Shower was nice. Plenty of charging ports.

Elevator got stuck between floors. We were told we need to mash the button harder? Really? They put us in a room right next to the elevator. No blanket for the pull out couch. Rooms could use some updates. Curtains were dry rotting.
