Staff was good !

No lamps in room. Dog food on floor between rooms when opened doors to adjoining rooms. Roach in one room and spider in each of two rooms.

The location

The smell was awful!!!!! The outside looked great but the inside was a different story! We couldn’t get use to the smell…. It was so bad we only went back just to sleep. We had to go buy a scented candle just to stay in the room! The whole place smelled!

"Disappointing and terrible!"

The front desk clerk was personable and professional.

The room was the smallest we have ever seen, the blanket on the bed has stains at the top next to where your face would have been, the toilet was extremely dirty and there was a stack of dirty, old air conditioning units stacked up in the hall outside our room. WE DID NOT STAY BUT IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED THE FRONT DESK OF THE HORRIBLE CONDITIONS AND ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND WHICH WE DID NOT AND HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED.

"Adequate for what we needed, a place to sleep. Jasper, GA is in Dyer need of an updated motel."

Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. Ok for a day or two.

My daughter found a hair on her bed. Also looked like mold on wall in hallway in back of humidifier. Coffee in room awful. Need bigger coffee packets No lamps in room. Rooms very outdated.
