Its location inside the mall. The double room is nice and roomy.

The lobby location is too far from the designated drop off. Nobody is there to help and direct guest , so we were somewhat lost. My daughter found a cockroach roaming around the living room and kitchen. Which made us question the cleanliness of the hotel.

Mesclun serves Balance Food from appetizer, veggies, fruits, ulam to dessers. All Personnels here have excellent customer service like Sir Edward who assists me sa pagset ng maayos na table, pagserve ng hot choco and sa pagliligpit ng mga plates & utensils. Thanks be to God for having good experience and loobin makapagcheck-in ulit sa mga sususnod na months sa Ascott. Alright!

Good food, fine service and good ambiance

Service was great! Edward and others I didn't catch the names were friendly and helpful. Thank you for bringing out the Filipino hospitality! You all make us proud!

The level of hospitality and professionalism here is truly beyond expectations. From the guard at the entrance to the reception team, everyone is genuinely nice and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about making your stay comfortable and smooth. Every interaction was pleasant and professional, and they go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. We had a really good experience overall and could not recommend this place more. I personally would like to thank everyone for their hospitality and for giving us such a nice and memorable stay. It truly made a difference.
