I would like to share my wonderful experience during my recent visit to the breakfast buffet at Ascott Makati. The overall dining experience was truly enjoyable. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a perfect start to the day. What made my visit even more memorable was the excellent service provided by your staff, particularly Edward. He was attentive, courteous, and consistently ensured that all guests were well taken care of. His professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out, and he went above and beyond to make the dining experience comfortable and pleasant. It is not often that service leaves such a strong impression, but Edward’s dedication and positive attitude truly enhanced my visit. He is a great asset to your team. Fantastic stay with outstanding service! We had a truly wonderful experience at Ascot Makati. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is lovely and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The breakfast restaurant deserves special praise; the food is great, but it is the attentive staff who make the real difference. A special thanks to Jayvee, who provided fantastic service and made sure we had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the gym and pool area, which are in top condition. Our 4th time staying in Ascott Makati and as always, the experience during our entire 2-week stay never disappoints! The Housekeeping crew maintained our 2-bedroom unit in impeccable condition everyday which is refreshing to see especially we come back from a long day being out and about. We had a bit of an issue with our washer/dryer on our 1st night but Guest Services and the Engineering team worked on it right away. The Security team and the Bell crew always had a warm greeting hand over heart any time of day you see them. Our daily Mesclun breakfast was delicious and never boring with Chef Louie and team always changing up the menu to keep it interesting for long-staying guests like us. The Egg station and Noodle station crew always served with a smile. Our server Edward was very kind and so personable and always made us feel special each morning we were there, remembering the little things like our coffee choices and my husband’s condensed milk preference for his champorado. Edward also took very good care of my husband’s 87 year old mom carrying her plate and helping her out with her buffet choices. Another server Michael did an awesome job at making sure the buffet area was always clean and the buffet food is always overflowing. Keep it up, Ascott Makati! You have a winning formula with your team!!!

All the crew were very accomodating and assisted us from first day to our last day. They attended to our requests and helped the whole family get settled. We truly enjoyed our whole vacation even for a short time. The food is also excellent! We hope to be back soon.
