Best Way Inn

The price was great, considering we were staying over on Thanksgiving. The bed mattress was very firm- we slept well.

Check-in was a bit problematic. The clerk couldn't locate our reservation in his system. I pulled up my confirmation information from Booking.com and eventually he found things. The rooms were still being cleaned despite a check-in time of 2pm. (It was 2pm.) The housekeeper was great- she let me use a bathroom in a room that was still being serviced. Eventual check-in at 9pm still was problematic - the same clerk said something about me not having paid for the room, despite my credit card having been charged, days earlier. His younger sister took over for him and we were able to get into our room. About the room:: Efficient. Tidy. Excellent mattress. Also about the room: One electrical outlet, inconveniently placed behind a desk. No bedside reading lamps. (Probably because there are no outlets.) Hot water that wasn't all that hot, in the morning. An air conditioner that rattled like a '62 Chevy pickup truck. All in all, we were grateful to be there and we would stay there again if the need arose.

Room is clean and cozy. Location is convenient.

Site not ready nor safe, had to find other. Staff not honest. There was no clean/safe parking. PHOTOS availbe upon request.

Did not stay, the entire parking lot was under construction. Large construction vehicles parked and construction vehicles traveling in and out of the site. Construction vehicle (BOBCAT} spreading fill. I should not have to travel on a dirt drive up and over a grass ridge to park. Several rooms under constrution at the same time. I advised the check in clerk that I would not stay under these condtions which were not ready for customers. He told me that he could not do such, contact Booking.

Was clean, newly renovated and quiet. Not much around the area but it’s a nice place to stay

It was less expensive than others. I felt it was just above ok. Smelled clean but looked a bit warn
