"We would stay here again and save money."

Located near route 9 and Wallingford. We had friends and family to visit both off rte 9 and in Wallingford. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money in lodging.

"Great location and affordable, but rundown"

Definitely has cleanliness issues and is a bit rundown, but for an affordable place near lots of convenient location (stores, food, local university) it worked well for me.

sink and bath drain were slow to drain. The entrance door was hard to open and close. There was vomit in our parking spot that we had to avoid stepping in as we came and went during our stay.

Cleanliness is a major issue here. Dust is everywhere. Often sinks are clogged and you have to ask for cleaning, which they should do after previous guests left and new are to come
