Staffs were great! Breakfast was great!! Room was great!! Location is not recommended. I felt very dangerous around this area.

Wonderful place to stay. Very convenient location. Breakfast was the best. Staff were very nice. We would gladly stay again. Highly recommend.

Super cozy and quiet. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was always good. But you all had me at the coffee and tea area and the cookies. Would definitely return

Had a really great sleep - super comfortable bed and quiet with the window closed and black-out blinds. Breakfasts were great - bring you own container if you need to take it to go as that was not available. The only thing is the dodgey area it is in - well-located, but super sad with the drug and homeless problem everywhere. But that is just generally life in cities now I guess.

The property, rooms, staff, and breakfast are all excellent. I particularly enjoyed the Victorian decor. All-in-all, a great stay. Rideau St, two blocks down, is a bit on the grimy side though. That said, would 100% book again.
