Solo la ubicación

Aseo de baños, mala acústica, ventanas mal selladas, falta de extractor de aire, secador de pelo, mejor señalética de instalaciones, mucho ruido de construcción, ascensor sin indicador de piso ni de mantención técnica, mi puerta de acceso a la habitación estaba que se caía y se veía por un costado hacia afuera.

nos gusto la ubicación y accesibilidad a pesar de la obras en reparación. el desayuno estaba muy bueno. en principio pensamos que nos cubria con el pago de la estadia. pero no fue asi. sera que tendremos en cuentas a la hora de una nueva reservacion. la limpieza fue ordenada, quiza nos podrian haber cambiado los toallones despues de dos usos.

La habitación es muy espaciosa y la cama bastante cómoda. En el barrio hay muchas cafeterías y restaurantes cerca también.

El baño está en un estado deplorable con un fuerte olor a humedad y moho en el techo. El suelo del baño estaba repugnante con muchas manchas. Las toallas olían a lejía lo cual no fue nada agradable. Además, en la reserva las fotos del baño no se correspondían ya que en nuestro caso el baño tenía una pila diminuta sin poder apoyar nada. No entiendo como pueden ofertar habitaciones en ese estado. Por último, comentar que aunque estuvimos bastante altos (piso 10) se escuchaba el ruido de los aires acondicionados que hay en las azoteas de los edificios de alrededor.

A localização é perfeita. O quarto que fiquei com banheiro foi perfeito também, super grande, tinham 3 camas. Foi muito confortável ficar ali, voltaria tranquilamente.

Pontos negativos (mas que não foram um problema pra mim): não tem isolamento acustico pra rua, entao você escuta todo o transito. O banheiro fica inteiro molhado após o banho porque espirra tudo agua pra fora. E o pessoal da recepção era praticamente inexistente durante a minha estadia, eles começaram uma reforma no meu segundo dia, então não tinha nenhum funcionário ali, apenas o pessoal do restaurante.
