Quarto pequeno, antigo, o banheiro do andar (compartilhado) estava sem funcionar e ninguém avisou no check in, os banheiros dos outros andares sem água quente, porta que não trancava, sujo e tudo muito velho e mal cuidado. Nem dormi no local, fui embora, não se deram ao trabalho de avisar que os banheiros tinham problema.

El baño olía horrible, entre alcantarilla y hongos que se veian enormes y esporosos en el techo, muy descuidado, la bañera horrenda también y no salía agua caliente ni siquiera tibia, todos los días nos duchamos con agua fria en la pieza con baño privado, fue malo y decepcionante

L'emplacement est excellent, à proximité de plusieurs restaurants, cafés et bar de qualité supérieure, d'épiceries, du parc John F. Kennedy, du bord de l'eau et du parc de l'amour. Quartier agréable à explorer à pied. La chambre était spacieuse et décorée avec goût. L'espace terrasse était agréable pour prendre le café le matin ou se poser après la journée d'exploration.

La propreté laissait à désirer, surtout dans la salle de bain où le plancher ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyé en profondeur depuis longtemps. La ventilation et la pression/chaleur de la douche laissaient à désirer également. Les installations sont un peu vieillottes, bien que les pièces aient été rafraichies avec peinture et déco.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Its close to Parque Kennedy and there are lots of amenities nearby. There is plenty of life yet feels secure and night time is quiet. My room had a nice view of the street. The pancake breakfast in the conjoined restaurant was a favourite of my son. The staff was very nice. The beds were very comfortable! Would definitely come back!

Shower curtain dirty… bathroom ceiling dirty….. they were doing some work during night … drilling and hammering

Fantastic location in the heart of Miraflores within walking distance of everything in the neighborhood. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. My room had a beautiful view to go along with the comfortable accommodations. The water pressure in the shower was great and lots of hot water.

The elevator was sketchy and only went up to the 11th floor and my room was on the 12th so I had to walk a flight of stairs which was fine with me. The room was run down and needs some love. I would have liked to see the room cleaned better as well. My biggest issue was that the AC unit wasn't working properly so I had a couple hot humid nights there.

the location is central.

the place is noisy, one bathroom per floor (which is usually wet) and out of soap, the internet did not work on level 7.
