The Willow Inn

Photos and reviews don't do this place enough justice. Francois, the site manager, can't do enough for his guests... I was in SA for a friends wedding and had over done it on the eating... Francois made sure breakfast was very healthy and as late as I wanted it with offers of dinner thrown in! As it wasn't a busy period, I was able to check out at 4pm! Who does that without charge? My own personal tour guide at a cost and then had a free transfer to the airport! Outlook lodge is definitely a home away from home and I would highly recommend it.

Super friendly manager who couldn't do enough for guests. Excellent value for money. I paid the less for this hotel than for a room only and shared bathroom facilities in a Hostel in Darwin. Very comfortable and homely.

We were treated like the king and queen of South Africa during our one night stay at the Outlook Lodge. Francois is so warm and welcoming and full of knowledge on the entire country. He will absolutely make sure you have the best time on your stay and get the most for your time and money. I wish I could give this a higher rating. The breakfast was the best we had in 2 weeks while on our visit, the room was so nice, and the neighborhood was very safe and close to everything. I also loved the fresh sprigs of lavender that were laid on our pillows. We will be back!

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was excellent in their service provision. A very nice, quaint facility that provided a relaxing atmosphere before we jumped off to the next phase of our safari.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our host, Francois, was very hospitable and looked after us very well. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. They do not provide dinner, but we were given an excellent suggestion for a restaurant, AND they provided us with transportation there and back again at no charge. Transportation to and from the airport is available at a nominal fee. Wonderful experience.

Great experience at Outlook Lodge. It felt extremely homey and the rooms were very spacious. The manager on duty was extremely friendly and helpful. I was only there for a night before my safari and everything was better than expected and the price was within my budget. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Outlook lodge is a very nice place to stay and we will stay again. The room we stayed in needed renovating, but I did see another one of the rooms and it was lovely. The manager, who was extremely nice, said that our room was the last to be renovated and would be done soon. We were looking for a place to stay near the airport and near shopping centres, this was an ideal location. It is located in a nice residential area next to a golf course.

Surpassed our expectations. Lots of room. Service was amazing. Manager cooked us dinner which was delicious! Value was good. Manager arranged a van tour of city and area. Terrific place. Would stay there again in a minute!

A lovely place, beautiful gardens with gracious old trees. A delicious breakfast the next morning set us up for the day!

We arrived with two small children and Francois was most accommodating in helping wash bottles and providing milk and bottled water. The bed was probably the best hotel bed we've ever slept in. Very friendly hotel and highly recommended.
