The staff was very friendly, we purchased our ferry tickets there and than they called us a shuttle to get us there, so we didn't have to drive and pay for parking, they was able to answer any questions we had. Our room was nice and plenty big enough to move around, there internet wasn't that good, the hot tub was nice except the jets didn't work, the pool was nice but could use some update to it, overall for the price, it's not a bad hotel, having a balcony overlooking the lake was nice

The internet and TV selection wasn't that great, some needed up dates on the hotel but not bad

On water , very beautiful views

Run down, room smelt like marajuana , kind of dirty . Shower wouldn’t drain
