Το δωμάτιο που μας δόθηκε δεν ήταν κανένα από αυτά που φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες. Οι κουρτίνες που υπάρχουν δεν καλύπτουν τα παράθυρα με αποτέλεσμα όλο το φως με το που χαράζει ο ήλιος να είναι ακριβώς απέναντι σου. Αν σε ενοχλεί το φως ενώ κοιμάσαι ΜΗΝ ΠΑΣ. Το στρώμα είναι αρχαίο, όταν φύγεις πρέπει να πας φυσιοθεραπεία.

Room 43 with a balcony offers the best view of the main square from any hotel in Krakow. So convenient to everything. Great breakfast with eggs to order. Again, breakfast room overlooks the main square. Jakob and Casper at the front desk were very helpful. Will highly recommend.

Beautiful old style polish hotel right in the main square the best location in Krackow. Down side extremely noisily until 12:30 weekends and 11:30 week nights so if your tired and want and early night, no chance ! The food on the square is UK prices nothing is cheap here at all. Hotel staff very very good ! The view from our top room has been the best view from any city break I have ever done and we have done loads. Over all fantastic place to stay great trip 👍🏻

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ze wilden heel graag mee denken en oplossingen aanbieden. Ik mocht gebruik maken van een fiets. Het ontbijt was echt heerlijk! De kamers werden iedere dag heel netjes schoongemaakt. Ik kon gebruik maken van thee/koffie en water; badjas en slippers, naast de gebruikelijke handdoeken. Er was ook een makkelijk te gebruiken kluis beschikbaar en mijn schoenen kon ik nog even poetsen. Omdat ik een keer erg vroeg werd opgehaald voor een tour, kreeg ik een ontbijt-/lunchpakket mee van het hotel! Het uitzicht op de grote markt is fenomenaal!

De kamers zijn heel gehorig en het matras leek wat door te liggen.
