Regency 7 Motel

No breakfast offered. This is a low cost basic drive up to your room motel. I have stayed here about 10 times. I like it because of location, cleanliness, cost, comfortable bed.

The man at the front desk was extremely rude and hostile. When I checked in, he told me I didn’t have a reservation. I showed him my confirmation; it took him about ten minutes to find my reservation. He didn’t apologize. In the morning, the toilet stopped functioning. When I told him, he blamed me for putting in too much toilet paper- without having even looked at the toilet. I said I was not at fault, that I had not used too much. He yelled at me and told me to get out. I’ve never encountered such an ugly and aggressive attitude before at a motel.

Room was clean and sufficient..no frills and no wants other than we booked for 4 people and were given 2 towels Beds were HARD!!!

I like it it's like home to me

There were dirty spots and handprints on light switch and door jam, I thought maybe a stain but was able to wipe them off very easy. Shower was very narrow and shower head was short and low pressure. The bathroom had a sensor for the light and that was very abrupt and disturbing in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the room was not worth the $100+ rate.

The room had been completely redone and looked great!!!
