Awful and rude employees. Didn’t stay because they gave the wrong room and didn’t have the room that was booked

Close to the school where my daughter was talking her SAT.

Around 10:20pm my daughter felt something bitting her. I threw back the sheets and it was a bed bug. I went to the office to let them know and was told it wasn't a bed bug. I showed them a picture of one on my phone and then they said they would move me to a new room. No apology, no sorry, no nothing. I would have demanded my money back and went to a different hotel but it was late and had to be up at 6:30am. Not happy with this experience. A simple sorry would have went a long way.

I appreciated they allowing me to do a.late check in.

It was clean and had enough towels and there coffee was amazing, everything I needed was close by. I would keep going to that motel over and over. Kind and sweet and respectful. And they are pet friendly. The shower was amazing it was comfortable taken a hot shower standing up.

I brought my phone charger i had 2 of them with me inside and I tried every single outlet top & bottom outlet and still no luck. I had to go out to my car and charged up my phone. It wasn't a big thing to me.

Always a good Stay, been 4 times and definitely see more returns

Just terrible, had booked the room through expedia and was told they were not paid and had to pay again!!!! Had to stand outside and try to talk thru a glass window, took 45 minutes to get checked , to find dirty floors in the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The rooms are very clean and up to date. Staff is wonderful.

The room overall was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, although the pillow is pretty hard. Only two pillows for a King size bed - no choice.

While the room was comfortable - the bathroom / shower needs an update. The TV is not a smart TV.
