Comfortable bed. Heat worked. Easy to find.

We booked & paid online, and upon arrival, the desk clerk was rude & asked why we booked online because nobody does that, we had to wait 15 mins because he said his system wasnt up to date, then when we finally got to the room, there is a sign that says book online. He purposely stuck us in a room that faced the highway, so all we heard were cars and semi- trucks all night.

Very clean and nice and modern. Small business but very easy to work with and accommodating.

My gf and I were in town for the UT vs Ark football game. This property came up as close to the stadium which was nice because ultimately we had to walk back from the stadium. While it may not look like much on the outside (only one story) it is really nice on the inside. It was clean, the hot water was HOT and the cold water was COLD. Everything worked. Only downside to this property was the access road was really busy and took patience getting out of parking lot. Proximity was close to resturants but driving was required.

True old style motel. No frills but clean. No breakfast and make coffee in room. Comfortable bed and convenient for football games.
