Subpar customer service, did not deliver blanket they said they would, booking.com and hotel do not have same questions as Check out and therefore GREAT confusion on final cost. No remorse or empathy when list of things wrong was shared, with videos. "We will notate that" "Did you not see the receipt?" Impossible to submit review online their website/email sent to review them.. instructions are incorrect. But not surprising. No one told us about any amenities... or what things weren't available (hot tub not filled...)... and where the alleged fitness center even is. Where on site we could sit or how the dining worked. Need overhaul of welcome binders with accurate information (says to press certain number on the room phone).... and no direct access/line to front. Have to call operator to get to your specific lodge site front desk. Impossible to get ahold of manager or be taken seriously or take a note for manager to call disgruntled guest back. I still have to make time to call a third time to complain to the proper channels.

Great location spacious and very clean.

It was a really nice stay, lots of space, very detailed and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We didn't expect new towels everyday but that was really nice! Location is fantastic as well!

The only thing was the speed of the internet, it was decent for checking emails and basic work tasks, but video calls or downloads of big files were a bit of a struggle. The other is probably the couch could have used a little deep clean, it just had a tad bit of a smell.

The rooms was large and spacious, like an apartment. Had a full fridge and kitchen.

Very little parking and you will need to take stairs. I had someone with me who had difficulty with stairs
