La Purificadora, Puebla, a Member of Design Hotels

Modern architecture and spacious rooms. The continental breakfast is generous. The staff is very welcoming. The hotel location is very close to Puebla Zocalo. The dinning area is open air, which makes it chilly in wintertimes and hot in summertimes.

The hotel is like a sculpture; the modern design elements within the ancient building are often spectacular. As a work of art, lovely. a place to stay, few creature comforts. Rooms stark, inconvenient. Lobby this time of year when temperatures at night go into 40’s, is freezing and windy. Breakfast in lobby so all eating in winter coats and blankets.

Fuera de que me Tocó el cuarto B y literal tienes que tirar el agua 10 Min para que salga agua caliente. El hotel está precioso y tiene una camada súper cómoda.

Excelente staff service and beautiful architecture

The hotel is beautiful but some how uncomfortable. Breakfasts included jus continental, extra charge for some eggs. Extra charge for bottle of water (without telling you). Extra charge valet parking in a place you cannot reach by car comfortably. There was a cocktail on Thursday so I could not sleep until 12am and I had to work on Friday.

Historic rustic feel very nice to look at, but owner needs to make windows into one thick piece so that the noise stays out (church bell rings at 7 am) and hotel has a mosquito issue that needs to be solved.

Terrible service with their Staff, the shower drain was clogged up and they would not change our room, overall the hotel is really nice but their attention was terrible getting us changed. They finally changed us to a smaller room with the same shower situation.

Nice hotel and amenities, however we were not warned that there would be a party at the Hotel (organised and run by the Hotel) with very very loud music until 3am. As we were on the first floor and our door faced out onto the restaurant area we were not able to sleep until gone 3am. We requested a change of room but were told the hotel was full. We've stayed in a number of Habita Hotels and am appalled at this level of hospitality. Had we been told there was a party in the building we would not have booked the hotel.

El servicio fue amable y la arquitectura del lugar es muy atractiva. Lo que no nos encantó fue: 1) el cuarto olía mal (a caño), 2) había mucho ruido en la noche, por la zona supongo (a tomarlo en cuenta si lo que quieren es descansar). Era fin de semana y había fiestas alrededor. La comida (tomamos el brunch dominical) estaba bien, pero nada del otro mundo. Para el precio uno esperaría algo extraordinario. Habiendo tantos lugares deliciosos alrededor, hubiera preferido salir a desayunar a otro lugar.

The hotel service was very good unfortunately we were in a room beside the convention center and it was noisy all night long and we could not sleep well
