Ambient room

Wooden floor makes noise. No provision for coffee machine.

Great restaurant.

Elevator did not work. Wifi did not work. Wood floors in the room were creaky. No curtains on the windows.

Shower gel was great!

the place is huge and cold. it was raining and so going down for a meal we were cold in the vast space. The Noise from the club across the way from the hotel kept us awake until the early hours. So not a rest

Tuve una muy buena estadía, buen servicio de parte del staff de recepción y ama de llaves en todo lo requerido, la comida fue excepcional, muy deliciosa. Lamentablemente no recibí ninguna cortesía y/o amenidad VIP tampoco distinción, por lo que no se si no me correspondía o simplemente lo olvidaron.

Iconic and Romantic experience in Puebla

Given there were no people at the hotel---very depressing---at least the young lady who tended the bar was charming and efficient.

The staff was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and seemed they were there temporarily. Are you selling the property? BTW, the floor in the entrance was a law suit waiting to happen.

exceptional design and staff. First class hotel, that can easily compete with world capitals highest standards.
