Zostaliśmy nieuczciwie potraktowani, gdyż hotel pobrał opłatę za apartament z balkonem,a dostaliśmy standardowy, duszny pokój na poddaszu z niesprawną klimatyzacją. Pomimo złożonych reklamacji ze strony obsługi klienta Booking oraz reklamacji złożonej bezpośrednio do hotelu, hotel nie raczył odpowiedzieć. Nie polecam.
