"Gut, sauber, aber wieso ist der Aufzug so lange kaputt"

Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Billardtisch im EG. Die Lage ist komplett zentral, aber irgendwie bleibt das Hotel ruhig.

Unser Zimmer war im 3. OG Und der Aufzug war defekt.

Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage ist zentral.

Der defekte Aufzug ist eine Frechheit. Liest man die Bewertungen, stellt man fest, dass dieser schon seit Monaten defekt ist. Bei den Reaktionen auf die Bewertungen hört man hierzu keine Stellungnahme. Ich empfinde es als Betrug, dass man nicht im Vorfeld informiert wird und die Möglichkeit der Stornierung erhält. Bis in die 4. Etage (höchste Kategorie der Zimmer) sind es 94 Stufen. Wir, mit guter Kondition, konnten das schaffen - ein Spaß ist es nicht!!! Das Frühstück wird bis 11 Uhr angeboten - ist aber um 9.00 Uhr schon ziemlich ausgesucht. Nachgelegt wird nur geringfügig. Das Personal ist teilweise sehr unfreundlich - nicht alle. Uns wurde beim Einchecken nicht mitgeteilt, dass man die Zimmerreinigung und den Tausch der Handtücher extra in Auftrag geben muss. So langen unsere nassen Duschtücher abends, als wir aus der Stadt zurückkamen, immer noch auf dem Boden. Nach Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde uns angeboten diese unten abzuholen- bei 94 Stufen überlegt man sich das. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Badewanne. Wer möchte dies heute noch? Zudem gab es weder Lüftung noch Fenster. Für uns wird es definitiv kein zweites Mal geben!!! Es gibt sicherlich Hotels mit besserem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Der Altbaucharme.

Das Superior Zimmer war im 4. Stock. Aufzug defekt. Aussentemperatur 36°, Zimmertemperatut gefühlt 50°, da unter dem Dach und keine Klimaanlage, keine Minibar, nur 1 Flasche Wasser, die gefühlt auch 50° Wassertemperatur hatte. Den Wasserhahn musste man 5 Minuten laufen lassen, bis das Wasser etwas kühler wurde. Dafür 233€ pro Nacht zu verlangen war spektakulär ! An schlafen war nicht zu denken.
