smooth check-in and check-out. Only front desk staffs and some of the restaurant staffs can speak adequate English. Most other staff speak a minimal English and hard to communicate.

Check in was poor - discovered we had to pay for wifi and that there were no rooms with a pool view (even though that was our booking). Hotel is on a hill - a lot of the rooms are the other-side of a busy main road (not children friendly). Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is a long way from the main town area.

We were really disapointed with the hotel. It has the potential to be a nice hotel (location, beach, pool are nice), but it was definitely worth the price we paid (130€ per night) avcording to Thailand standards. Room was not clean. All is in extra charge: wifi, espresso at breakfast (they do have the espresso machine, but it is an extra charge to have one...) The hotel is just outside Chaweng, so it is a 20/30 mn walk to get in the center. The hotel say they have a car to take you there, but it is only at 11am, 3pm, and 9pm. Whichbis really ot enough, and it looks like this schedule has been setup on purpose not to be usefull...

The location of the resort is just fine - not in the busiest part of the town (Chaweng Beach Road), but still convenient to the area where there are lots of stores and restaurants on foot or by taxi/minibus. Walking along the beach, we easily reached the Samui Outlet Village in about 15 minutes (hope it is useful to those who like shopping during vacation). The room is so big, with a big bathroom, to make our stay more comfortable. The breakfast is just fine, open from 6 to 10 am. Good for those who need to get up early to catch the pick-up time for day tours.

Lovely hotel, close to chaweng centre.. Staff can't do enough for you however are a bit slack at taking drinks orders around the pool. I wouldn't bother with the beachside rooms, the others I found just as nice.

Nice hotel in general food, location and all amenities. The only issue is the wifi is not free you have to pay but still very poor in the rooms

recommend the hotel for families with children as well as for younger people easy access to sea and beach; very friendly and smiling hotel personnel,

We had hoped the experience of the hotel added up to what the pictures and promotion said and it did. A lovely resort that is clean, friendly, family friendly and with a great pool and the beach to look at and swim in.

Only stayed three nights before we left Koh Samui but would definitely love to stay there again for a longer period. Lovely breakfast. Unfortunately at the time the second dining area was being refurbished and out of use which was near to our room, but I'm sure when it is finished it will be ideal for the all the rooms which are across the road from the main entrance/reception.

Above average stay in every way. Accommodating, cheerful staff. Large comfortable rooms, two lovely pools, very good buffet breakfast overlooking a beautiful bay which comes Into its own at night with a good selection of reasonably priced eating places. Already looking forward to a return visit when our calendar allows.
