"Bella villa, ma molto da migliorare"

Struttura dall'aspetto classico con un bel giardino in un quartiere fuori città e tranquillo.

La struttura presenta diverse parti che avrebbero bisogno di un profondo rinnovo e restauro, nonché la pulizia carente delle stanze (polvere ovunque, e per terra c'era il parquet quindi si vede tutta!). La villa viene usata come eventi, quindi matrimoni con conseguenti schiamazzi da festa e posti auto esauriti. Essendo fuori città, ovviamente serve l'auto per raggiungere Ascoli in 10 minuti. Colazione scarsa e di media qualità.

Struttura molto curata con molto verde e spazi esterni, bella la camera. Ampio parcheggio. Buono il ristorante e buona e abbastanza varia la colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Piccoli problemi nella manutenzione del bagno (la porta faceva fatica a chiudersi, uno dei rubinetti dei due lavandini con una perdita d’acqua)
