Airport Inn Flint

We showed up and they didn't have a room for us. All other hotels were booked by then so couldn't stay in the area.

No airport shuttle. Told they would drive the 1 mile for $20.00. Room smelled of smoke. Floor was not clean, toilet seat did not fit the seat. Air conditioner was very poor. The only saving grace was the manager was very nice

They gave both my employees rooms away! Absolutely ridiculous.

THEIR IS NOTHING TO LIKE THIS PLACE IS A DUMP MOLD SMELLS THE TOWELS WERE STAINED AND LOOKED AIR DRIED THE WALL PAPER WAS FALLING OFF WALL AND HAD MOLD SHEETS WERE DIRTY THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. ASAP YOU SHOULD REMOVE FROM EXPEDIA IT GIVES YOU A BAD NAME I STAYED 1/2 HR AND WALKED OUT DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR MONEY THEY SHOULD USE IT TO TEAR DOWN BUILDING

Older building but okay. There was never anyone at the front desk, you would have to use a house phone to call them if you needed something.

This property was booked and paid for, through Expedia. I phoned the property from Chicago before I boarded for Flint to be told there was no booking in my name. I arrived in Flint at midnight and was fortunate to share accommodation pre-booked by my nephew at the Holiday Inn Express otherwise, I would have had to sleep at the Airport premises. DISGRACEFUL

I as well as other people Where there when I arrived at all were left stranded without a Room

Staff was amazing rooms where very clean and organized would return

I went to check in and it was overbooked by the website. I get there , it’s all booked
