Excellent hôtel, personnel remarquable !

Dans la zone touristique, donc loin de la vie réelle d'Agadir.

Bien situé, pas trop grand. Belles chambres et suites avec jolie vue sur la piscine et la mer

L’incivilité de certains vacanciers, mais ça ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement

Breakfast was superb. A 5 star experience. Hotel was immaculately presented. Gorgeous, calm, oasis-like pool area. Super professional and friendly staff, very helpful. Suite was so clean, comfortable and quiet.

Everything about this hotel was just perfect.

Les chambres sont comfortables quoique malodorantes au niveau des WC.

Les odeurs d'égout qui règnent un peu partout et qui n'ont l'air de déranger personne... La nourriture ne correspond pas à mes standards culinaires et digestifs..

What a lovely friendly hotel, all the staff want to help make your holiday special. We will be back next year. The only thing that was not good was that every night in the bar and lounge two TV (football) was on and you couldn't get away from them so we couldn't sit and have a drink after our meal we had to go out. Please consider guests that don't want to watch TV and maybe section a area off for those that do without the guests that don't having to go elsewhere. Thank you for a great stay.

La propreté

Le personnel a essayé de nous faire payer 2 fois le séjour. Nous avions régler via booking et nous avons du nous justifier pendant 20 minutes, compte bancaire a l'appui pour qu'on nous laisse enfin tranquil. Très déçus

Great stay here and have to especially mention Khalid who was always happy and service minded . A really amazing person. Also Aisha in the reception was helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and delicious omelette s. The cleanliness here is suburb . Only thing we wish is that the hotel would offer some Moroccan entertainment. ( maybe just once a week? ) Found out to late that the hotel next door does have but wasn’t aware it was available for other guests.

The location is ideal, being about a 20 minute walk to the beach/promenade. It is a quiet, relaxing and friendly hotel. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and well presented . We booked about a month in advance at a good price. The service provided by all the staff, especially Khalid and the reception staff, waiters and cleaners . There is a small gym and a spa - alas availability was in short supply as the weather was not at its best, but it was late February/early March, so somewhat of a gamble-but much better than the weather at home!
