Proximity to airport was good. Room was spacious and clean

I wasn’t aware that they had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I paid 30 euros for a taxi so I was disappointed. Woman at front desk did not acknowledge me on arrival and rudely continued to talk on the telephone. I was not served until her colleague showed up. There were no gluten free options on the dinner menu.

Very close the airport. Shuttle on time.

Our lamp didn’t work. Pillows very hard. Not enough toilet paper. Not enough body wash, no shampoo, no conditioner.

The airport shuttle nice big beds

The room was just in need of an upgrade 2 of the electric sockets were broken and the tv didn’t work and no milk for the morning coffee
