"Find different hotel."

Just check into two rooms. One smells like carpet fresh and cigarettes and the other smells musty. Red stain on carpet and hair in the tub. Stain on the couch and ring marks on table. Use this place as a last resort. Much better hotels to stay at.

We stayed here for 1 night during our roadtrip and it was perfect.. clean, friendly, affordable, & the free breakfast was good too! Also had a lot of food and shopping so close to it which was a bonus.

We chose this hotel because of amenities , price, proximity and reviews for our granddaughters wedding. We found the room to be exceptionally well equipped, big, and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we could want as well as a nice place to eat. The living room was spacious with a couch and tables. The bed was big and comfortable as was the bathroom. I require a handicap accessible room due to mobility issues and this room was perfect. I was most impressed with the big tv which had an easy to use remote! The breakfast was free and had a good selection of items every day. The area had plenty of tables, the food was hot and tasty, and staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and friendly place to stay in Fredericksburg!
