The staffs in the front desk didn’t give me my invoice during the checkout and not answering emails or messages to solve this problem. The waiters in the restaurant have been very lazy and didn’t do a good service. They should change the manager immediately to improve the standard of this 5 star hotel!

THE BUFFET BREAKFAST HAD MANY OPTIONS AND THE FOOD WAS VERY TASTY. ALL THE STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HOSPITABLE. WE DINED AT THE CHINESE RESTAURANT WITHIN THE HOTEL PREMISES WITH EXTENDED FAMILY, ALL OF THE DISHES WERE VERY TASTY AND THE PORTION SIZES WERE ADEQUATE. WE WERE GIVEN A 15% DISCOUNT FOR THE MEAL.

The location was perfect and very convenient. The hotel itself is well maintained, with clean and spacious rooms. The food was also delicious, and the concierge team was especially friendly and helpful.

The service could be improved. While most staff were friendly, we had a couple of uncomfortable experiences that affected our stay. At breakfast, we ordered three cappuccinos but only received two. We followed up multiple times with different staff, including one who assured us he would personally bring them, but they never arrived. This made us feel overlooked rather than it being a one-off issue. Additionally, at the Japanese restaurant, staff were hovering around our table and openly bickering among themselves, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. Given the standard we expected for the price paid, these service gaps were disappointing.
