Comfortable bed. Great location close to bus and train stations and within easy walking distance of Ortigia. Bathrooms are well sized and very clean, with good size showers. Friendly staff.

No luggage storage on site which is not specified anywhere in the hotel policies in advance. Had to store luggage offsite at additional charge. For the hotel rates I would expect temporary luggage storage to be part of the service offering.

Breakfast was in upper floor dining room with excellent views of Syracuse Bay. Location was within easy walking distance of Ortegia and Neapolis - my main interests. Management were extremely helpful and with warmth! Room was large Artistic decor quirky but interesting!

Found (and killed) 4 mosquitoes in room upon arrival. Shower water flow not great

Very nice and welcoming staff. I arrived after checking-in because of a late train arrival. They left the key with a note for me at reception, with worked perfectly.

Building looked a bit old, bathroom bit rusty, looked not really clean. Matress was really soft

Great location, close to bus/train station and tourist sites. Staff were very helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to see.

Very good location between 'Ortigia' - historical part of town and city center. Very good and nice staff. There wasn't problem with changing hour of our accommodation. We also had a room with higher standard with balcony in price.

Quiet hotel, clean and comfortable. The location is a 15min walk from the main tourist areas, with great restaurants very nearby. We think this is ideal - no tourist noise but not far from the attractions.

Not much. The bathroom floor gets slippery when wet, but that is pretty trivial.
