The staff were mostly nice especially the reception staff. The pool waiters were really slow and at times would not return. My wife did the hamman which she said was great.

The room they first put is in was really noisey. It was beside the lift and over the breakfast entry and exit for staff - so was like a bus station at certain times. Additionally; thee were stains on the sheets. They were really accommodating and changed our rooms with no trouble. The only problem is that the new room despite being really nice had broken AC so it was roasting.
