I can recommend the conference rooms facility.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and booked an executive room with a king bed. The room was very small and the quality is not what I would expect for an executive room. Indeed, notwithstanding the actual facilities such as an iron and ironing board, a Premier Inn room is better. The buffet breakfast was poor as was the quality and choice of food. At this point, it was difficult to see why this is rated as a four star hotel. Things improved however when I used the conference facilities the following day. These are quite good and in my humble opinion, in keeping with what I would expect from a four-star hotel. I believe this is the best aspect of this hotel and therefore I would recommend attending this hotel if and only if, you intend to use the conference room facilities. I cannot recommend it is a place to stay however. The attached car park, which admittedly is not owned by the hotel, is quite terrible and the staircase smells of urine. Furthermore, this car park has no lift access (the lift is boarded up). This was not mentioned to me at the time of booking this hotel when I asked about parking facilities.
