When taking a shower, the bathtub faucet was leaking water, so the tub was filling up at the same time

I liked the staff and the location and the free breakfast and the comfortable beds

I did not like the 150 dollar deposit

Totally trouble free quick stop for a good nights rest. The room was cool and clean and very inviting. Everything was in the right place where it should be and I really appreciated that. They had pay-per-view TV I could’ve watched a first run movie if I wanted to but I didn’t. It was very welcome stop after hours of grueling traffic gridlocks for 9 hours. We stayed on the first floor I was afraid it would be noisy but it was just as quiet as could be. The breakfast in the morning was a typical hotel chain breakfast but everything was clean and everything was tasty and I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel at all which is unusual for me. I cannot find one thing wrong with my stay from the towels to the little things they leave on the sink in the bathroom so I’m giving it a five

This is an incredible location for visitors to Elk Grove at highly competitive pricing. The rooms are clean and well maintained, enjoyable atmosphere, and best of all, the amazing staff - Rosalyn is especially helpful, proactive and friendly. The staff makes the stay best of all!

This hotel is disgustingly dirty. I would never stay here again under any circumstances. We had a suite. The couch and the chair were dirty and worn and filthy, unmentionable stains on them. There was only one elevator working during our entire stay. The carpet in the hallway upstairs and the rooms had most likely been pulled from the Hilton Garden Inn. It doesn’t match the Hampton look and feel. And it was disgusting disgustingly and stained. The bed, while the sheets seemed reasonably clean, was old and squeaky. Hilton really needs to inspect this hotel and either insist that they upgrade and clean the place or shut them down.
