The room was sort of clean, but the bathtub had mold around the edges. You had to hold the handle down through the entire flush cycle of the toilet. In general, the basics of the room were not well maintained.

Room was clean. It is a bit dated but very comfortable. I was able to open one of the windows which was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The walls were pealing, the beds were so old they creaked and the mattresses were sunken, the grout in the bathroom was black or missing. The best thing about the room was the pictures on the wall.

"Last resort"

4.0

Loud, dirty, in disrepair, unreasonably inflexible return policy. My experience echoes the other less-than-positive ones. I hope they consider guest feedback and work on improving the areas that they have control of. On the upside, it’s not far from Glacier.

"S great stay for the money."

The room was clean, and serviced every day. The breakfast was modest but well stocked. The facility was not extravagant but suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed good support from the front desk staff.

Window pain wouldn’t close. Spider webs and spiders in room. Tv didn’t work. Light over sink out. Note: after complaining they did close windows and change light fixtures
