Naama Bay Hotel & Resort

Very clean, the staff is very helpful. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, we had a room with a gorgeous view! It’s a very touristy area if that is what you are looking for. It’s about 15 minutes to the airport.

It was very noisy- loud karaoke from nearby place. It was Saturday night so not that big of a deal. The pool closes at 6:10 so we barely had time for a quick swim.

One of the biggest highlights was the service at reception; Mohamed Omar was incredibly polite and welcoming. He managed to expedite our check-in and provided us with a room featuring a stunning sea view. It is clear that a lot of work has been put into the menu recently. The food is much more balanced and varied than before, and the pizza deserves a special mention—it’s absolutely delicious! As cat lovers, we were also happy to see that the hotel continues to care for its feline residents. This is our third visit, and the cats always look healthy and well-groomed. We were especially glad to see the "three-legged friend" is still around and doing well, though we still recommend that guests bring them a few treats! 😺 On the downside, the rooms are definitely feeling a bit "tired" and could use some renovation. Housekeeping can also be hit-or-miss, and we noticed some chipped or cracked dishware in the restaurant. However, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The location, the lush green territory, and the clean beach are fantastic. We also truly appreciated the management's loyalty toward departing guests. It’s wonderful that after checking out, you aren't treated like a stranger; you are still invited to have lunch and relax until your flight. They truly make you feel like a guest until the very last second. We’ll be back!

Mohamed Omar keep doing outstanding work, on our departing day our flight got delayed and he managed to let us stay longer, treated us with a swimming pool afternoon.

La ubicación y el lugar tiene acceso a todo, es muy seguro, la playa a la que tiene acceso no es en el mismo hotel sino cruzando la calle pero es muy bonita y está junto a las playas del resto de hoteles de la zona.

No hablan español y el personal debió explicar todo los lugares dentro del hotel que teníamos acceso, me refiero a que tenían bar, cuántas piscinas, etc etc.
