"Awful experience"

Convenient location

No hot water and failed to mention that until time of arrival. Paid full price (working on a refund) because they said it would be fixed within the hour and it was not. We were told that it had been out since Tuesday and there was still no hot water when we left the following day. They also served a full breakfast under these conditions, which is illegal.

Location

No hot water, porn on my tv, tv stopped working, toilet leaking, room next to me leaking so bad the ceiling was drooping. Poor communication from manager

"Manager was not on site and was unable to deal with the issue."

Convenient if you are bringing a pet.

No hot water for over 5 days for showers etc. Not making any effort to pick up replacement parts or to get an emergency plumber to fix the problem, but they were still taking in new clients without telling them about the hot water issue. So no customers were having showers due to the ice cold water in the taps.

My room had ants we had no hot water from Thursday to Sunday , moved to another room it was nasty then moved to another room room tv didn’t work

"Disappointing"

I love the location, the super comfy beds and fee breakfast( although it’s even better in the past)

We had zero hot water our entire stay. No offer of compensation whatsoever. Promised Friday night at check in that it would be fixed. By Saturday I was told it would be Monday before it was fixed. Obviously after I had paid and would not have the funds to go elsewhere. It has gone downhill this year. We have stayed here 3-4 times a year for 4 years and it is starting to feel run down, and not overly clean. I wonder how they prepared food and washed linens with no hot water? Gross. I’m not sure we will be back.

"At Good Experience"

I loved everything from the staffing to the customer service to the amenities they offer.

What I didn't like was we booked 2 days' stay. I wanted to book longer, but unfortunately, they provided cold showers since ive first came. No refund, The breakfast wasn't really much choice im grateful that they served good breakfast it felt like I was at McDonald's. I wish they told us before we finished booked in paid that there's no hot water and let alone to keep us informed.
