Many Things were not satisfactory including the shower
Every thing was much better than expected. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was also very clean with a shower and jacuzzi tub.

Beautiful old Victorian home with vintage furnishings. Breakfast was elegant and tasty. The owner was very friendly and told us a lot about the interesting history of the property.
Joan and her family were wonderful hosts. The room was comfortable and breakfast was always delicious! If you don't mind a short, 20-minute drive to Holiday Valley, I recommend staying here.
Great place to stay near St. Bonaventure. The hosts were fantastic.
Hosts were warm and friendly. Amazing service, home and room however, when we walked in the odor of cat urine was so strong we considered taking the loss and leaving.. thankfully our room wasn’t as bad as rest of home with the aid of candles & car air fresheners
