"One or my best stays in a hotel"

I didn’t show up to check in until 1130-midnight and they had no problem with it. The hotel and room were extremely clean. A the bed was so comfortable I slept so good. Also the hotel was very quiet. Thank you!

"Here is another “head scratcher” for me..."

Here is another “head scratcher” for me during check in. Mr. Tone is one of the most polite and professional desk clerks that we’ve encountered. Still, he asked that I swipe my card because he couldn’t find the AE card saved to my Hilton Honors account. The reason why this is so abrasive to me is because when a reservation is made it requires a credit card to confirm. “So I find it somewhat disingenuous that my Hilton Honors account could be so easily found but yet my card saved to the account is absent.” “Consistency and diligence among Hamptons should not be this difficult unless something else is occurring.” Moving on to rating the property, I found it near immaculate and very well manicured. Outside…the hotel sits high overlooking the nearby interstate highway where a lot of roadwork being done. The lobby matched the appealing aesthetics of the exterior. Worth noting is that we overheard someone complaining that other guest were parked in the area reserved for diamond members….because of limited parking overnight. The room number 421 was nice and comfortable…equipped with a mini refrigerator but strangely no microwave. There are a couple things in the room that may need to be address in the future. The siding bathroom door would not remain shut which is a privacy concern. Also, one of the beds made a metal drumming noise periodically. Still, all in all this is a good place to stay.
