We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Balé. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The property itself is truly amazing. The villas are very clean and spacious with your own private pool, not to mention a full sized covered day bed. The Balé has their own vehicle/driver, for which they are very accommodating if you need an airport transfer or ride within the Nusa Dua area. Upon arrival the staff will assist you in down loading an app enabling everything to be at your finger tip for arranging room service, tours, transport, spa treatments, or to contact reception if away from the villas. A big thank you to all for making our stay very memorable.

A beautiful private retreat, loved the feel to be in a small resort. Very personal and beautiful staff and service. The villas were perfect with pool.

We arrived at the Bale at the end of our Bali holiday. The zen tranquility of this hotel with our own private villa and pool was all the tonic we needed before heading back to reality. Incredible massages, fabulous service. Our butler was wonderful. Interested and couldnt do more to make our stay comfortable. A haven of peace and tranquility in an otherwise hectic island.

Very nice villa, spacious, with a private pool. The stuff is amazing,so polite and helpful. The breakfast was a la carte , very nice. They provide free transfer to Bali collection as well to the beach club ,which is amazing!! Thanks for everything
